To guarantee a reservation, advance payment of the total amount of daily rates and fees must be made.

To guarantee a reservation, advance payment for the total amount of daily rates and fees must be made up to 15 days before check-in. For the payment option via Pix (key 81071623000408), proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] at the time of transfer so that it can be posted to the reservation.

On other dates:

To guarantee a reservation or for non-refundable rates a credit card number must be provided.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/9/2025 - 4/10/2025

The total cost of accommodation is non-refundable in case of change, cancellation or no-show.

Policy applicable on dates: 6/6/2025 - 6/7/2025

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before check-in. After this period, one night's stay plus fees will be charged.

On other dates:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before check-in. After this period, a daily rate plus fees will be charged.
