The total reservation amount will be charged to the credit card provided up to 30 days before check-in, in the selected number of installments. For payment via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), please contact the Reservations Center at 0800 703 1866 or by email at [email protected], providing your reservation code. The cardholder must be one of the guests and must present the card used and an official photo ID at check-in for payment validation. If validation is not possible, another payment method will be required, with a refund of the charged amount online according to the operator's processing times. Before completing the reservation, please check the guest details, payment information, and registered email address.

On other dates:

To guarantee a reservation or for non-refundable rates, a credit card number must be provided.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

On other dates:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before check-in. After this period, a daily rate plus fees will be charged.
