Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- A charge of 50% of the reservation will be made at any time to the credit card provided as a reservation guarantee.
- In the case of stays initiated by early check-out at the guest's initiative, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that it is mandatory to present at check-in a photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation (physical or virtual), which must be in the name of one of the guests. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.
- If the reservation card is not presented, a new payment will be required at check-in, and the amount paid online will be refunded according to the credit card company's processing times.
- The total amount of the first night can be pre-authorized at any time as a guarantee of the reservation with the physical or digital card number inserted.
- In the case of stays beginning with early check-out at the guest's initiative, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies
- Please note that if you cancel, change, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.
Based on article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the user may cancel their reservation free of charge within up to 7 days after the date of online purchase, as long as it is more than 48 hours in advance of the initial check-in time. .
Changes or cancellations are free of charge up to 2 days before check-in.
After this period or in case of no-show, a penalty of 50% of the accommodation cost will be charged.
In case of early check-out initiated by the guest, the total amount of the reservation may be charged.
