Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- A charge of 50% of the reservation will be made 30 days prior to check-in to the credit card provided, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Operators, Companies or Agencies: Billing 30 days after check-out, starting from the approval of the registration and the second reservation made with us.
- To make the reservation, we require a valid credit card number as a guarantee. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
**Early departure will incur a charge of 100% of the unused days.**
**The name on the credit card used for the reservation must match the guest staying at the property. We do not accept payments with third-party credit cards. At check-in, presentation of the credit card and photo ID of the cardholder will be required to confirm the reservation and payment.**
Advance charge of 50% of the Package value, this must be done within 90 days before check in. If payment is not made within the above period, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Prepaid amounts will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If there is a No-Show, there will be no refund of amounts or daily credit system for later use.
