Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/20/2025 - 1/4/2026

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS: There will be no refunds under any circumstances, nor will the reservation amount be granted as a credit. Because this is a promotional rate with specific rules, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation. This charge may be made at any time from the date of booking. Rescheduling is also not permitted.

On other dates:

RESERVATIONS WITH REFUNDABLE RATE: Cancellations and changes to reservations up to 72 hours before check-in are exempt from any charges. Cancellations and changes after this period, as a fine, will be charged 01 night and the remaining amount of the night will not be charged. The amount charged will not be credited. Dates can be rescheduled if the 72-hour check-in period is respected, otherwise the aforementioned fine will be charged. The customer is also subject to daily rate fluctuations, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods.
