Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The total amount of the stay may be charged at any time after the reservation is made by credit card, deposit or bank transfer.
Minors under 18 years of age must check in accompanied by their parents or an authorized adult.
If the minor is not with their parents, the adult responsible for them must present written authorization, signed by the parents and notarized.
In all cases, the presentation of the minor's identity document is essential. Said document must include their photo and a description of their parentage.

Cancellation Policies
If you wish to cancel, change or do not show up (no show), the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In accordance with the right of withdrawal guaranteed by article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90), the consumer is guaranteed the right to cancel purchases within 7 (seven) days after confirmation, canceling the reservation and receiving a full refund of the amounts paid.
