ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
• Consult the hotel or the reservation center about availability and prices of extra beds and cots
• Check-in from 2pm and Check-out until 12pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out services are always subject to availability and may incur an extra fee. Check the conditions directly at the hotel desk or contact reception 24 hours before the reservation date.
POLICY FOR MINORS
• It is necessary to present original documentation (birth certificate/ID/Passport) of the minor, parent or legal guardian upon check-in. If they are not present, authorization will be requested from the parents or legal representative, notarized, in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute (Article 82 of Law 8,069/95).
• Complimentary for a child up to 7 years old, staying in the same bed with their parents. Consult the hotel about availability and additional costs for other accommodation options for children.
PET POLICY
• 1 medium-sized mascot, dog or cat, will be accepted, considering 60 cm in height and/or approximately up to 25 kg);
• Or up to 3 small pets, dog or cat, 60 cm tall and/or totaling approximately 25 kg between pets);
• The person responsible for the mascot must present the updated vaccination card;
• The permanence of mascots is restricted to apartments. When you need to move with your pet through the elevators and social areas of the hotel, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags suitable for transportation;
• Cleaning up waste is the sole responsibility of the owner;
• In case of damage to the apartment caused by a pet, the person responsible will be charged a fee for maintaining the damaged furniture;
• The person responsible for the mascot must fill out the liability waiver at check-in.
