• Cancellation and Changes
Reservations made with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or changed in dates or number of people. If a change is necessary, the difference in the rate will be charged.
• No Show
In the event of a no-show on the date of the reservation (No Show), the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Important: By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
Non-refundable rate: cancellations or changes are not permitted, and in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
General Policy
1) Reservations will be made subject to availability and must be made within a minimum period of 72 working hours (3 working days).
2) Payment is made in advance and in full for the service purchased.
3) The values are not valid for groups.

5) Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
6) The hotel does not offer extra beds.
7) Check-in at 2pm and Check-out at 12pm.
8) Early arrivals and postponed departures are subject to availability and additional charges:
• Check-in before 6am: Charge of 01 full night.
• Check-in before 2pm: 1/2 daily charge.
• Check-out between 12pm and 6pm: 1/2 daily charge.
• Check-out after 6pm: Charge of 01 full night.
9) Complimentary for a child up to 7 years old, accommodated in the same bed with their parents. Consult the hotel about availability and additional costs for other accommodation options for children.
10) PETS Policy - How it works:
• 1 medium-sized mascot, dog or cat, will be accepted, considering 60 cm in height and/or approximately up to 25 kg);
• The person responsible for the mascot must present the updated vaccination card;
• The permanence of mascots is restricted to apartments. When you need to move with your pet through the elevators and social areas of the hotel, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags suitable for transportation;
• Cleaning up waste is the sole responsibility of the owner;
• In case of damage to the apartment caused by a pet, the person responsible will be charged a fee for maintaining the damaged furniture;
• The person responsible for the mascot must fill out the liability waiver at check-in.
