We will charge the TOTAL amount 45 days prior to check-in. Advance payments are non-refundable. The credit card provided will be automatically debited within the stated timeframe. We offer payment in up to 6 installments with no interest on Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Elo cards. Other card brands are not accepted. In compliance with anti-fraud control requirements of Credit Card Companies, we will request the physical credit card used for the purchase along with your identification document. We do not accept third-party cards, except for spouses and first and second-degree relatives. We will require the Guaranteed Reservation Form to confirm the reservation and documents proving the relationship. If the documents are not presented, we may cancel the reservation and refund the amount to the credit card used for the purchase.

On other dates:We will charge 50% of the total daily rate 30 days before check-in. The remaining balance will be charged 48 hours before the check-in date. Advance payments are non-refundable.
