Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that within 24 hours the payment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation is made, via Credit Card, to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 10/4/2023 - 11/30/2023
4/1/2024 - 11/30/2024
4/1/2025 - 11/30/2025
4/1/2026 - 11/30/2026

1 - Reservations for Holiday Packages and Commemorative Dates (offered by the accommodation between April and November) can be canceled up to 7 days before the check-in date, after this period, the cancellation will be considered as No Show (see item 4); 2 - We do not cancel accommodation packages after check-in; 3 - Advances from canceled reservations will be converted into letters of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after the reservation is made, always subject to availability consultation; 4 - In case of No Show (no-show on the check-in date without prior notice), for holiday packages and commemorative dates, there will be a penalty of 100% of the amounts already paid.

1 - High Season reservations (that is, with periods between December and March) can be canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date, after this period, the cancellation will be considered as No Show (see item 4 ); 2 - We do not cancel accommodation packages after check-in; 3 - Advances from canceled reservations will be converted into letters of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after the reservation is made, always subject to availability consultation; 4 - In case of No Show (no-show on the check-in date without prior notice), for High Season reservations, there will be a penalty of 100% of the amounts already paid

On other dates:

1 - From April to November (except in periods assigned to holiday packages), reservations can be canceled up to 1 day before the check-in date, after this period, the cancellation will be considered as No Show (see item 4) ; 2 - We do not cancel accommodation packages after check-in; 3 - Advances from canceled reservations will be converted into letters of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after the reservation is made, always subject to availability consultation; 4 - In case of No Show (no-show on the check-in date without prior notice), for reservations with accommodation date between April and November, the first night will be charged and the remaining amount already paid will be converted into a letter of credit, according to item 3;
