Deposit / Guarantee Policies

1. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed upon payment of 100% of the package value;
2. After confirming the reservation, payment of 100% of the total reservation amount via Credit Card must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment;
3. Reservations not guaranteed with payment by the stipulated date may be canceled without prior notice;
4. Any request for changes or modifications to the reservation is subject to availability, as well as adjustment of values according to the current rate in force;
5. The choice of rooms is determined by the accommodation team;
6. Guests may request preferences for a particular room type, such as view, floor, or additional amenities, but specific room assignment is not guaranteed;
7. Guests have the possibility of requesting changes to rooms and categories, however, this option is subject to availability and rate adjustment;
8. Any additional costs associated with a room change, including possible price differences, will be communicated to the guest and must be paid before changing accommodation;
9. The establishment reserves the right to change the room assigned to the guest for operational reasons, such as maintenance, repairs or technical problems. In this case, alternative accommodation of a similar or higher category will be provided where possible;
10. The room exchange policy does not apply to group reservations or special events, which will have specific conditions previously agreed with the establishment.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 6/4/2024 - 11/30/2024

1. Reservations for Holiday and Celebratory Date Packages (offered by the accommodation between April and November) may be canceled up to 12 (twelve) days before the check-in date, after this period it will be considered no show;
2. Low Season reservations (i.e., with periods between April and November), reservations may be canceled up to 12 (twelve) days before the check-in date, after this period it will be considered no show;
3. We do not cancel or change accommodation packages after check-in;
4. If the customer decides to end the stay before the established period, the full amount previously agreed will be charged;
5. Advances for reservations canceled within the deadline will be converted into refunds or letters of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after the reservation is made, always subject to availability;
6. In the event of a No Show (failure to show up on the check-in date without prior notice), the deposit (30% of the package) will be retained as a compensatory fee for blocking the accommodation. Amounts above 30% will be converted into a letter of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after the payment is made, always upon availability consultation;
7. Letters of credit are ONLY issued through our Customer Relationship Center (CRC). To obtain a letter of credit, it is the customer's responsibility to contact our department and make the request, using the contact number +55 (47) 99192 5335 on WhatsApp;
8. The guest has up to 7 (seven) days after confirming the reservation to withdraw from the purchase, without the need to provide any reason, and will be entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid.

The guest has a period of 7 (seven) days, from the confirmation of the reservation, to cancel without having to provide justification. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be guaranteed, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
