Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 24 hours, via Credit Card, to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. The rest of the accommodation amount must be paid by the time of check-in. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
1. Low Season reservations (that is, with periods between April and November) may be canceled up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in date, after this period, the cancellation will be considered as No Show (see item 7); 2. Reservations for Holiday Packages and Commemorative Dates (offered by the accommodation between April and November) may be canceled up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in date, after this period, the cancellation will be considered as No Show (see item 7); 3. We do not cancel or change accommodation packages after check-in; 4. In case of interruption of a Service by the Customer's act, the total contracted price will be charged; 5. Advances for reservations canceled on time will be converted into letters of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after the booking is made, always subject to availability consultation; 6. In case of No Show (non-attendance on the check-in date without prior notice), the signal will be retained (30% of the package) as a compensatory fee for blocking the accommodation. Values above 30% will be converted into a letter of credit, to be used by the guest within 12 (twelve) months after its effectiveness, always subject to availability consultation; 7. Letters of credit are issued through our Customer Relationship Center (CRC). To obtain a letter of credit, it is the customer's responsibility to contact our sector and make the request using the contact number +55 (47) 99192 5335 on WhatsApp.

On other dates:The guest has a period of 7 (seven) days, from the confirmation of the reservation, to cancel without having to provide justification. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be ensured, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
