Your reservation will be charged within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
It can be rescheduled or canceled up to 7 days before arrival, after this period it cannot be canceled, it belongs to a non-refundable rate category.

Art. 49. "The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of signing it or receiving the product or service."

- So that we can speed up check-in, please provide the guests' registration details: full name, CPF number, ID number, date of birth, WhatsApp, email and address;

- Please note that you must inform the hotel of your desired bed type. It is always possible to request rooms with or without a balcony before arrival (according to availability);

- Carefully observe the cancellation, payment, reservation guarantee and no-show policy of the rate chosen for your reservation;

- Rates include breakfast, served in the restaurant from 6:30 am to 10:00 am;

- One child from 0 to 6 years old is free, accommodated in the same bed as their parents;

- Check-in time: 1pm;

- Check-out time: 11am;

- Parking is charged at R$ 20.00 per day, limited spaces;

- We do not accept animals of any size in our hotel;

- As we are in a border area, it is mandatory to carry a Civil Identity Card with a maximum period of 10 years of issuance or a passport with current validity. For minors under 18, in addition to one of the documents above, parental authorization is also required if traveling alone. If you are accompanied by only one parent, authorization from the other is required;

- Accommodation for minors: Minors under the age of eighteen may only stay accompanied by their parents or legal guardian, upon presentation of supporting documentation (document from the guardian and the minor that proves the relationship - birth certificate, ID or Passport with the name of the parents) . To accommodate unaccompanied minors, parents must send an original accommodation authorization with a notarized signature, informing the date of arrival and departure, reason for hosting the minor and contact telephone numbers. The authorization must be delivered to Reception upon check-in and will be filed together with the guest's FNRH.
