Deposit / Guarantee Policies

For reservations with this policy, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the daily rate to guarantee the reservation at any time after the reservation is made.

For reservations confirmed on the Website with "Credit Card" as the payment method, the charge will be made automatically by the system.

If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation up to 7 (seven) days before arrival (check-in), the charge will be refunded upon the guest contacting the hotel's Reservations Department and the cancellation confirmed free of charge (after this period the reservation cannot be canceled).
