FOR THE PERIOD FROM FEBRUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 14, EXCEPT HOLIDAYS AND CARNIVAL PACKAGE:<br/><br/> - There will be no refunds.<br/> <br/>- When requested up to 7 days in advance of the check-in time (2:00 pm):<br/>1- Exchanges will be accepted for a new accommodation period already defined, subject to availability and payment of an administrative fee corresponding to 10% of the value of the first reservation and adjustment of the rate. This procedure will apply as many times as there are reschedules.
