Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
a) It is mandatory to present the credit card used for the purchase together with the owner's identification document at the time of check-in;
b) In cases of using a credit card of a third party who is not on the guest list for the reservation, the holder must sign the purchase agreement via credit card.
If the above requirements are not met, check-in will not be authorized and the amount paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, 100% of the first night will be charged.
On other dates:
a) A fine will be charged for cancellations according to the following criteria:
*Free cancellation if the cancellation is made 14 days before check-in;
*50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 13 and 1 day before check-in;

b) in case of NO-SHOW (no-show for accommodation), the fine will be 100% of the amount paid;

d) a prepayment of the total price may be charged at any time.
