Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee your reservation, you must prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay in cash (which can be paid by PIX or LINK credit card) within 48 hours of receiving contact from the reservation center, and the balance can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments at the time of check-in.
The reservation center will contact you to send all the necessary information when you finalize your reservation.
We accept cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, ELO, AMEX, DINERS, MAESTRO and HIPERCARD.
*We do not accept corporate checks (companies), those with any restrictions on the CPF (SERASA) or checks from family members who are not present / or from third parties;
Cancellation Policies
No show cancellation is allowed up to 7 days prior to check-in date, cancellations after this time will be charged 30% of the total amount of the accommodation.
