After the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of 100% of the total amount must be made within 7 days to guarantee the apartment reservation.
If payment is not identified within this period, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellations of reservations without charge are allowed up to 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM;
- Check-out time: until 12:00 PM;
- Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, served directly in the restaurant;
- Early check-in and late check-out fees, upon request and subject to availability;
- Reception and service: 24 hours a day.

• Extra Bed:
- Extra bed subject to availability. An additional 30% of the total amount will be charged.

- One child (per room) up to 5 years old stays free of charge when sharing the parents' bed. Requests for an extra bed will incur an additional 30% of the reservation amount. The second and/or third child aged 5 or under will be considered a paying adult, and children aged 6 or older will be considered paying adults.

• Pets:
- A daily fee of R$300.00 per pet applies.
- Pets are not permitted in areas where food is served, such as the restaurant and pool deck.
- The owner is responsible for any incidents caused by their pet and must compensate the hotel or other guests for any damages.
- Only small pets weighing up to 12 kg and with a friendly temperament are accepted. A maximum of two pets are permitted per suite. Puppies are not permitted.
- Owners must ensure that their pets do not make noise that could disturb the well-being of other guests.
- Pets must be kept on a leash while on hotel property.
- Pets are not permitted in the hotel pools.
