Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After booking confirmation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount must be made within 7 days to guarantee the apartment reservation.
If payment is not identified within this period, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Payment of 100% of the reservation amount must be made at the time of booking. Please note that the card used for the purchase must be presented during check-in. No-show penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.
Only payment guarantees the rate and reservation confirmation.
We accept the following credit card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express.
Cancellation Policies

Reservation cancellations without charge will be allowed up to 30 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
No-show penalty: 100% of the reservation value.
Cancellations of reservations without charge are allowed up to 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
