The Hotel only works with guaranteed reservations, if there is no guarantee, we will cancel the reservation. We will charge the amount of accommodation to the card provided.
Cancellation Policies
Policy for Refundable reservations:
- The first night's guarantee must be paid. If not, we will cancel the reservation.
- In case of no-show, the first night plus taxes and fees will be charged, according to the voucher.
- Changes and cancellations are permitted, as long as they are requested within 48 hours before check-in.
