To confirm your reservation, we require 50% or 100% in advance. - This payment can be made via pix or credit card in up to 10 interest-free installments on Visa, Master or Amex Cards (minimum installment of R$ 150.00).
Cancellation Policies
The flexible rate allows cancellation without penalty and a period change, as long as both requests are formalized via Whatsapp or E-mail, up to 5 days before the check-in date. If the request for cancellation or change of period does not respect this deadline, the fine will be 50% of the total reservation. GENERAL OBSERVATIONS No-Show: Non-attendance without prior written communication via Whatsapp or E-mail, on the precise date of arrival, will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). In this case, the reservation will remain active, with the apartment available until 12:00h the day after entry (for 1 night). After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount advanced), making the apartment available to another interested party. There will be no refund of the amount paid. Early departure: The withdrawal of accommodation upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle to any type of refund, refund or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid. For reservations paid by credit card, if refunds are allowed, there will be a 10% charge for administrative expenses.
