Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a 30% deposit must be paid within 4 days to secure the apartment. Credit card payments will be confirmed by a completed and signed debit authorization form. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. To make a deposit, please send an email to [email protected]
Cancellation Policies
No Show cancellations will be allowed up to 15 days prior to check in, after this time the first night will be charged.
