Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
50% of the total amount in deposit or credit card. The other 50% at check in. Pre-reservation payment must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation for any reason, in a period LONGER than 45 days, we will retain 20% of HALF OF THE TOTAL VALUE of the reservation. For periods LESS than 45 days, we will retain 50% OF THE TOTAL VALUE of the Reservation. NO SHOW: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "NO SHOW" (No Show), with retention of 100% OF THE TOTAL VALUE of the reservation, making the apartment available for sale. There will be no refund of the amount paid.
