Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid, with a 30% administrative fee retained.
After this period, there will be no refund. The amount paid will be converted into a credit for daily rates, valid for 6 (six) months from the date of cancellation.
The credit may be used for a new reservation, subject to availability and according to the rate in effect during the chosen period.
In case of cancellation made up to 24 hours before check-in or on the day of arrival, there will be a full loss of the amount paid (100%).
