PAYMENT POLICY – LOW SEASON (March, April, May, June, August, September, October and November - Except for public holidays and city holidays)
After confirming the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount to secure the apartment. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
1. Requests for cancellations or changes of dates must always be sent in writing to [email protected] and confirmed by the attendant. 2. Cancellations or changes of dates will be accepted with a refund of the deposit or letter of credit within the following deadlines: a) Low season reservations (March, April, May, June, August, September, October and November, except for holidays and commemorative dates in the city, during the week or weekends up to 7 (seven) days before check-in. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged 100% of the total amount. b) High season reservations (January, February, July, December) or packages for long weekends, vacations or special events in the city up to 15 (fifteen) days before check-in. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged 100% of the total amount. c) In case of early departure during the reserved and contracted period, the total amount of the reservation period will be charged, and the guest will not be entitled to any refund in cash or credit for new daily rates. 'No Show' A “No Show” is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved check-in date. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After this period, the reservation will be considered canceled, and there will be no refund of the amounts paid or letter of credit.
