After confirming your reservation, you must make a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation within 48 hours to secure your apartment.
If payment is not received within the deadline, your reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

🔴CANCELLATION POLICY🔴

📍The HOTEL will apply the following deadlines for cancellation, transfer or advance payment of confirmed reservations:

1. Up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, there will be no fines and a full refund will be made, minus only administrative fees; which will be made within 10 business days after sending the refund data;

2. Between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to the stay, a credit letter will be issued for the amount of the payment made, with a term of 1 (one) year, for use at our Hotel. It is mandatory to present the credit letter and photo ID at check-in.

3. From 6 (six) days prior to the stay, there will be no change of date, refund, or issuance of a credit letter for the amount paid. Amounts paid in installments on the credit card will be charged in full. No show

Failure to show up on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the time of arrival. After this period, it will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), and the accommodation may be made available to other guests.
There will be no refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation
Cancellation of the stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason whatsoever, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash reimbursement or credit card, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the daily rate or accommodation package.

Values will be valid for the period booked, that is, for partial cancellations through late check-in or early check-out, the full amount of the period booked will be charged.

Change of date
The deadline for changing the date is 7 (seven) days before the check-in date.
No transfer fee will be charged, only any price difference between rates from one period to another.
