Cancellation Policies

1 - Cancellation of reservation: “LOW SEASON”: From April 1st to August 31st, except holidays. - Up to fifteen (15) days before the start date of the package or daily rate, the amount paid will be refunded in full; - Between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the start date of the package or daily rate, seventy percent (70%) of the amount paid will be refunded; - From six (06) days before the start date of the package or daily rate, there will be no refund of amounts. Withdrawal without cancellation: "NO SHOW": - Failure to appear without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The place will remain available for 24 hours, from the time of arrival. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party.
