After making the reservation, the guest must make, within 24 business hours, a deposit of 50% of the total amount as a guarantee, through the following account:

Cancellation Policies
2/22/2020 - 2/26/2020
Cancelled reservations will not be refunded.
On other dates:Cancellation of reservations without a No Show fee is allowed up to 42 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged the reservation guarantee amount, 50% of the reservation. In case of No Show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
