Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation, we require an advance payment, which can be made via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system). The deadline for advance payment is 24 hours after booking.

For reservations made on the day of check-in or up to 2 days before check-in, the deadline for making the PIX payment to guarantee the reservation is no later than noon on the check-in date.

If there is any outstanding balance, it must be paid in full upon arrival at the hotel. In case of an extension of your stay, payment must be made before the start of the new day.

For reservations made by credit card, we will pre-authorize the amount to guarantee the reservation, and payment can be made at the front desk upon arrival at the hotel. If the card is declined for any reason, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Regarding the pre-authorization on the card provided: At this time, no amount is debited from your card. This is a card verification process, based on the information provided, to check if the card is valid and if there is sufficient credit to cover the hotel reservation costs. For this purpose, an amount equivalent to one night's stay is blocked from your limit; this amount is automatically released 7 days after checkout.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations of reservations without a No Show charge will be allowed up to 1 day before the check in date, cancellations after this time will be charged the value of 100% of the first night.
