We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
Payment by credit card:
The hotel will charge the first night's stay on the credit card provided and the remaining nights, if any, must be paid at the time of check-in.
Payment by bank transfer:
After confirming the reservation, a bank transfer for the amount of the first night's stay must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
Non-Refundable Policy
On other dates:
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show fee is permitted up to 72 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged the amount of the first night's stay.
In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be cancelled the following day by 12:00 p.m. and the amount of the first night's stay will be charged.
