Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Guarantee/Payment Policy
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 1 night's stay must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. Credit card payments will be authorized through a link requested from the reservation center.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before the check-in date and a 25% penalty will be charged for the 1st night's rate. After 72 hours will be charged as a fine of 1 night, with no refund. For packages and high season (January, July and December) a fine will be charged in the amount of the 1st night, if it is canceled after the period of 7 (seven) days of receipt of the voucher. For guaranteed reservations, the non-attendance of the guest on the day of the reservation will imply the payment of the stipulated amount in the amount of 1 (one) daily, where they are not subject to refunds, or credit of the daily rates. If the client does not show up and does not contact the Resort on the day after the check in the other nights will be subject to No-Show also; Changes of dates can be made up to 72 hours before check in on low season and high season dates (January, July and December) and Packages, changes must be made in advance of 15 days before check in, if Otherwise fine will be charged.
