Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After the reservation request, there will be a 24-hour period for the deposit and sending of the receipt by email ([email protected]) or through the reservation center's WhatsApp (+55 62 99625-4484), unless otherwise agreed. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be automatically canceled, without the need for any notice.

PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION MUST BE MADE 100% VIA PIX OR BANK DEPOSIT.

Cancellation Policies

5. Cancellations and Withdrawals
5.1. If payment is not confirmed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
5.2. Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in: 100% refund.
5.3. Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before check-in: 75% refund.
5.4. Cancellations between 7 and 3 days before check-in: 50% refund.
5.5. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will not be refunded.
5.6. It is possible to convert the amount paid into credit for use within 180 days, depending on the cancellation/withdrawal date.
5.7. Early check-out in relation to the reserved date is considered a withdrawal, without the right to a refund.

6. Cancellation without prior notice (“No-show”)
6.1. It is considered a no-show when the guest does not communicate, in writing, their non-attendance.
6.2. For reservations with full payment, the apartment will be kept available for 24 hours.
6.3. For reservations with partial payment (50%), the suite will be available for 12 hours. After this period, the reservation will be canceled without refund or credit.

7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), the client may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of the reservation. In this case, the amounts paid will be fully refunded immediately.
