~ Reservations made more than 3 days in advance, after confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made within 10 hours to guarantee the reservation of the accommodation.
~Reservations made less than 3 days in advance; the deadline is 2 hours to make the payment.
~ If the payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
We do not refund amounts paid as a reserve guarantee. The cancellation of the independent reservation of the reason implies in the loss of the value already paid according to national hotel practice. However, if we can reserve for another guest under the same conditions, it will be possible to use the amount deposited on another date as a form of credit. The cancellation / redial must be requested with a minimum term of 7 days in advance of the date of entry previously contracted in an off-holiday period and 15 days prior to the date of entry previously contracted in case of a public holiday. This credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the cancellation request, for new reservation. The credit will be deducted from the rate of the new reservation without possibility of discount in this new rate. Stay away from holiday and school holidays. In the event of a second cancellation, the amount deposited will be forfeited. In case of late arrival or early departure of the contracted rates, there will be no refund of the combined difference at the time of booking or at check-in. The arrival of children, infants and pets must be informed at the time of booking.
