Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming your reservation, you must make a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation up to 30 days before check-in to secure the apartment. If the payment is not identified or is not authorized on the card provided within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Free cancellation can be made up to 30 days before check-in.
After confirming the reservation, a deposit for the first night's stay must be made 7 days before check-in.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
For payment by deposit/transfer, proof of payment must be sent by email.
For payment by credit card, the transaction for the first night's stay will only be made 7 days before check-in on the card provided at the time of booking. The card must be in the name of the person making the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations of reservations without a No Show fee will be allowed up to 01 (one) day before the check-in date. Cancellations/changes after this deadline will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in.
Cancellations/changes made after this period will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayments are non-refundable.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 15 (fifteen) days before the check-in date. Cancellation after that period will be charged the equivalent amount of 100% of the first day.
