Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming your reservation, you must make payment within 24 hours to secure your apartment. The full amount of your stay will be charged to your card in up to 6 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$300.00. The amount corresponding to your stay cannot be refunded.
If payment is not made within the deadline, your reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, in the absence of the requested documentation or if the reservation is made with a virtual card, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card and the previous payment will be refunded || I confirm that all the information provided is correct and that the email provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the hotel || NOTE: In case of theft or robbery of the card used for the reservation, present the police report of the theft or robbery of the card, containing the card number, expiration date and security code on the document in question. The full amount of the accommodation will be charged to your card. The amount corresponding to the accommodation cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policies
High season period - from December 16th to February 28th: Cancellations of reservations without a No Show charge will be allowed up to 15 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount. - We do not accept cancellations and rate changes for early departures.
Policy applicable on dates: 3/1/2023 - 4/5/2023Mid-season period - July and from September 1st to December 15th): Cancellations of reservations without a No Show fee will be allowed up to 10 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the total accommodation cost. - We do not accept cancellations and rate changes for early departures.
Policy applicable on dates: 4/6/2023 - 4/9/2023Cancellation of reservations without a No Show fee is allowed up to 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay. - We do not accept cancellations and rate changes for early departures.

Low season period - May, June and August -: Cancellations of reservations without a No Show fee will be allowed up to 20 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total accommodation cost.
