Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm your reservation, you must register a valid credit card to pay for the package, with payment in up to 5 interest-free installments.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policy:
➢ For reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the check-in date, the daily rates may be used for future reservations, starting from the date of cancellation within a period of one year, subject to availability;
➢ Cancellation and change requests must be formalized by email;
➢ Rescheduling up to 7 days before the check-in date;
➢ Cancellations and reschedulings free of charge only with a medical certificate; in any other cases, rescheduling and cancellation fees may be charged;
➢ As the price list changes seasonally and on holidays, credits will be available in value and not in number of daily rates;
➢ In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid;
➢ In any situation applied above, 100% of the amount invested will be retained; ➢ When making a reservation, the customer declares that he/she is aware of and agrees with the terms of this cancellation policy, as set out above.
