Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the locking of the apartment by credit card. Credit card payments will be authorized through debit authorization completed and signed. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. The rest of the amount will be paid at check-in. In case of installment payments, the total amount can be paid in up to 6x in the credit card, with interest of 10% being charged from 4 installments.
Cancellation Policies
Infinite credit card, with no expiration date;
It can be used at any time of the year, without exceptions;
The deadline for rescheduling is the same as the hotel's remaining time to resell the date.
Ex: Cancellations made 3 days in advance can be rescheduled 3 days before the new date.
If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the arrival date, you can
make your reservation at any time of the year, subject to availability.
