Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the locking of the apartment by credit card. Credit card payments will be authorized through debit authorization completed and signed. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. The rest of the amount will be paid at check-in. In case of installment payments, the total amount can be paid in up to 6x in the credit card, with interest of 10% being charged from 4 installments.
Cancellation Policies
For cancellations within 30 days prior to check-in, 10% will be charged equal to the total amount of the reservation. If canceled up to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount will be charged. After this deadline, cancellation is non-refundable. Non-show will not be refundable.
