Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount must be made within 30 days before check-in to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Cancellation Policies
If cancellation is made more than 45 days before check-in, we will issue a personal letter of credit for 100% of the amount paid, valid for 120 days. • For cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in, we will not issue a refund or a letter of credit.
On other dates:Cancellations of reservations without No Show charges will be allowed up to 24h after the confirmation / issuance of the reservation. Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the reservation amount. Cancellation less than 15 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the reservation.
