Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount must be made within 30 days before check-in to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
CARNIVAL, HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVE DATES IN THE CITY OF PARATY
• Our policy is non-refundable, therefore, we only reschedule dates if we are notified more than 45 days before check-in.
• For rescheduling less than 45 days before check-in, we do not issue refunds and do not issue a credit card.
RESERVATIONS IN OTHER PERIODS
• Our policy is non-refundable, therefore, we only reschedule dates if we are notified more than 20 days before check-in.
• For cancellations less than 20 days before check-in, we do not issue refunds and do not issue a credit card.
Cancellations of reservations without No Show charges will be allowed up to 24h after the confirmation / issuance of the reservation. Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the reservation amount. Cancellation less than 15 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the reservation.
