Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment must be made through billing within 7 days after check-out. To confirm the reservation, a 10% prepayment equal to the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours for the reservation to be confirmed.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservation:
The cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
For cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in, the amounts paid will be refunded with a retention of 10% of the total reservation amount.
For cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in, there will be no refund of amounts, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. The amounts paid in advance refer to the "Reservation Fee", for the period in which the accommodation was reserved and out of sale.
Reservation Change:
The request for a change must be made in writing up to 7 days in advance, subject to hotel availability.
There is no extra change fee, only any price differences between one period or another.
With less than 7 days before check-in, changes to the reservation will not be authorized, regardless of the reason.
