• The reservation receives the status CONFIRMED as soon as the payment of the confirmation (via ticket) is made and proven, the remaining amount must be paid at the time of check-in; • Bank transactions (deposit) are accepted if done within the stipulated period, otherwise the amount is refunded and legal and financial expenses deducted; • Payment in installments on credit card will be made through debit authorization completed and signed; • If the payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice; • In case of withdrawal, the guest can be replaced by another person during the same period chosen, maintaining the conditions; • For bookings made by Tourism Agencies, we point out that the payment of the commission is made after the check-out of the guest, through a bank deposit in the account of the agency.

Refundable rate up to 7 days before arrival. If canceled within 7 days, the first night will be charged. No show charged at 100%.

• Daily rates start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. the following day, regardless of check-in time. If you wish to remain in the hotel area after check-out time, check availability at reception;
• No payments with third-party checks or cards are permitted (if the purchase is made with a third-party card, you must present the card and ID of the third party to whom the payment was made);
• We accept small pets on pre-determined dates (consult the Reservations Center);
• Children and adolescents who are not with their parents must be accompanied by a guardian and, in addition to original personal documents, present written authorization signed by the parents and notarized;
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in closed areas;
• Drinks are not permitted in the hotel, otherwise a corkage fee of R$50.00 will be charged (subject to change without prior notice);
• Food of any kind is also not permitted, except for feeding children under 3 years of age and people with dietary restrictions;
• Daily rates and packages do not include drinks and food from the bar. At afternoon tea, we serve complimentary coffee, milk and hot chocolate;
• The hotel provides tennis equipment for use on the court - request it at reception. The courts are open and do not require a reservation for use;
• Invoices will only be issued in the name of the company or individual. No registration for issuing invoices will be made at the time of check-out.
