Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. The rest of the amount can be paid according to hotel instructions. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable. From 6 days, will be charged 30% corresponding to the full amount of the reservation. From 2 days onwards, the amount is not refundable.
