Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirmation of the reservation it is necessary that in a 24-hour period the deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation is made to guarantee the block of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Refundable Cancellation Policy
1.1 - Right to cancel the purchase, according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code: the customer may cancel the contract within 7 days from the date of contracting the service. The cancellation request must be formally requested by email at [email protected]
2. REFUND RULES
2.1 - Requested cancellations will be regulated according to article 112 of State Law 16,559 of 1/15/2019 and other provisions:
a) Cancellation without penalty provided that it is communicated at least 60 (sixty) or more days in advance of the scheduled check-in date; discounting any credit card fees. The total amount of the reservation may also be converted into a credit with indefinite validity. b) In cases of cancellations made between 59 days and 31 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date, there will be a fine of 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation amount for refund, or 25% for rescheduling with indefinite validity. c) In cases of cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date, the fine charged will be 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total reservation amount for refund or 50% for rescheduling with indefinite validity. d) IN RESERVATIONS THAT INCLUDE NATIONAL, STATE or MUNICIPAL HOLIDAYS determined by law, the supplier may freely establish the cancellation deadlines and the amounts charged as a fine, as long as they do not exceed the total reservation. In this case, holiday reservations will only be refundable in 50% if canceled at least 90 days in advance. After this period, there is a 100% fine. However, they may be rescheduled with a 50% fine, provided that the hotel is notified more than 60 days in advance of check-in. e) In the event of a no-show by the consumer, the amount invested will not be refunded nor will it be converted into credit. f) After check-in, no refunds will be made, even if the guest leaves early; g) Rescheduling, when included in the rules above, will be valid for an indefinite period. h) No-shows due to flight cancellations for any reason do not generate credits for additional daily rates to those previously paid.
