Cancellation Policies

• The reservation may be canceled or modified up to 72 hours before the arrival date
• If you cancel outside the established time, the hotel will charge the value of one night as a penalty.
• The hotel reserves the rights to deduct transaction costs when making a refund, in case of canceling within the established date range (applies if any type of payment has been made)
• If you do not show up at the hotel on the dates established in the reservation, the hotel will classify it as NO SHOW and will cancel the reservation contract, so the room will be available for possible sale.
• Children under 7 years old are free in the hotel (one (1) child per room) and can use existing beds
• Check in 3:00 pm – Check out: 1:00 pm
• To make your reservation effective, you must pay the value of one night's accommodation.
