A prepayment of 50% of the total amount must be made within 20 working days before the check-in;
The balance of 50% must be paid in cash at check-in, otherwise the discount will not be granted;
Proof of payment must be sent to the hotel's email ([email protected]) together with the booking information;
If the payment is not sent within the stipulated period, then the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice;
Failure to pay or not sending the payment receipt by the stipulated period will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation;

If the payment receipt isn’t sent within 2 hours, then the reservation will be cancel without notice.
Non-payment within the stipulated period will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
