Reservations where the credit card is declined or deemed invalid will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Reservations made without a payment guarantee may be automatically cancelled at any time without prior notice.
By making a reservation, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with this policy.
To guarantee the reservation, credit card details will be required.
Cancellation Policies
This rate is non-refundable.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged upon confirmation.
In case of cancellation, change, or no-show, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
The amount cannot be converted into credit for future use.

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation, change, or no-show after this period, the equivalent of the first night's reservation will be charged.
To guarantee the reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the first night's stay at any time after booking.
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before check-in time. You will be charged 100% of the daily rate after the period.
