Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm the reservation, we request a payment corresponding to 50% of the total value of the reservation, which can be paid via bank deposit, credit card or full payment in up to 6 installments by credit card, which can be paid on more than one card.

For cancellations and changes up to 30 days before arrival there is no fine. In case of cancellation later than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Policy applicable for national holidays and the months of July, November, December and January.
Cancellation Policy - 5 days before check-in, full refund of the amount. After this 5-day period, a fine of 50% of the total reservation amount will be applied.
Policy Applicable for the months of February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, except national holidays within these periods.
Discount of: 5.00%
