Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% in advance of the total amount or by credit card is required to guarantee the blocking of the apartment, the rest of the payment upon check in. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without notice.
Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation up to 15 days before your arrival. Afterwards, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
