Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment of the daily and other expenses must be made directly at the hotel and may be required at check-in (arrival) or billed if the company responsible for the reservation has an agreement with the hotel. We do not receive payments by check. Room Tax-Prog. Benef. per day (optional) Reservations are automatically confirmed however, for billing expenses, the company / agency must request credit directly to the booked hotel. If the company / agency does not have a registration and / or billing-enabled credit at the reserved hotel, you must choose another option of Payment Method. If the reservation card is not informed of the credit card or there is no prepayment deposit, that is, no guarantee of no show, the reservation is confirmed until 18h on the day of entry, after this period depending on the availability of the Hotel.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellation of the reservation made by the site must be done in the specific area of login or by email [email protected] or telephone (55) 3242.2288, in advance of 01 business day prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is not canceled / changed within this period, the first night will be charged "no show", and the amount will be charged to the credit card informed in the reservation. The credit card used in the reservation is only for guarantee of the reservation and will only be charged in case of non-attendance, as established in these booking policies.
